Eating the same food everyday can be really boring that’s why it is important to try out new recipes. Different ingredients mixed together in proper quantities can transform a simple dish into something exotic and delicious. With that thought in mind I have put together a few cocktail recipes, each appealing to people with different tastes.

Hot and Spicy Cocktail Meatballs

  • Pepper - 1/8
  • Eggs - 2
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Parsley (chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Lean Ground Beef - 2 pounds
  • Progresso Dry Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Chili Sauce - 2 bottles
  • Grape Jelly - 2 jars
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 2/3 cup

  • To make this delicious cocktail meatball preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Now leave the jelly and chili sauce aside and mix the other ingredients together. When that is done, shape into meatballs about 1 inch in size.
  • Now take the meatballs and put into a rectangular pan that is 13*9*2 inches. You can also place the meatballs on a rack or broiler pan. With the meatballs uncovered bake for about 20 minutes or until the color changes i.e. they are no longer pink in the center.
  • Next take the chili sauce and jelly and heat in a Dutch oven over a medium heat. Remember to stir constantly until the jelly melts. When the jelly has properly melted stir in the meatballs until they are well coated. Let the cocktail simmer for about 30 minutes after which serve hot with pretty wooden or plastic toothpicks.
