Mangoes are my favorite fruit and when they are in season I need them in everything right from my milk shakes, puddings, pickles and fruit salads. Yes, mangoes can be really messy to cut, but then every time I feel the juicy pulp in my mouth I forget the mess and just take pleasure in the fact that mangoes are here again!

It was in 4000 BC that the wild mango originated in the foothills of the Himalayas of India and Burma.
